Unique charm from its historic architecture, with character in every corner. The decor feels intentionally cozy and welcoming, making it a pleasant spot to relax after a long day.
Parking is a real issue. while claimed to be free, it’s limited and gets snatched up fast, forcing us to find an alternative. The narrow entrance to the car park can be a real puzzle for anyone with a wider vehicle. My room had a snug bathroom that felt a bit cramped—something I expect from a historic building but still not ideal. Noise from the bustling street outside was bothersome at times, even with earplugs provided. requesting a room towards the back looks to be a smarter move.

The breakfast selection was exceptional with ample choices.
The tv was outdated, too small for the room size.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating, ensuring our family felt at home. Our Deluxe Double Room had a beautiful view of the River Severn, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a lovely breakfast that catered to everyone's tastes.
My wife says that the parking situation was frustrating for our large family. It would be great to have designated parking spots for families, as navigating tight spaces with kids can be quite challenging.
